Health and safety are integral to managing the workplace and shouldn’t be treated as a stand-alone system. Appoint a health and safety officer

Perform risk assessments

A written health and safety policy is a legal requirement for companies with five or more employees under The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations Act 1999. Measure performance in action
